It's another 2 hour walk to Karanga Valley, our next camp. We have lunch, then there's an optional climb up a nearby scree slope. It's really difficult, but it's good practice for summit day! We have chicken drumsticks, rice & spinach for main course tonight. We leave the mess tent after dinner to go to our tent, and find Dave lying on his back staring at the stars.
